We ship via Australia Post. Standard and Express shipping options are available.
An order confirmation will be sent to your nominated email after you have placed your order, and once your order is shipped out, a tracking number will also be sent to same email.
If there is a clear defect which is a factory defect or issue, you can send the item back within a week after you have received it. Another will be sent out to you upon receipt of the defect item.
You can use the tracking number provided to track the item on Australia post website.
Once you have placed an order, you can't change or cancel it on your end anymore. However you can send us an email as soon as possible if you need to change a colour, size or choice of item. if the item has not been shipped out before you contact us, we can make the changes for you.
